İstanbul’da doğmuş bir İstanbul aşığı Uluç Keçik‘i tanımlamak için “fotoğrafçı” kelimesi yetmiyor. National Geographic, TIME Magazine, Times Online, Guardian.co.uk ve !f Blog’da işleri yayınlanmış; sık sık gezerek farklı şeyleri gözlemleyen ve öğrenen birisi. Aynı zamanda !f’in sosyal medyasını koordine edip; kısa belgesel ve etkinlik kayıtlarını da içeren video işlerini gerçekleştiriyor. Özel olarak düzenlediği -genelde fotoğraf ve yemek üzerine olan- turlar ile son on yıl içinde bir çok yabancı sanatçı, gazeteci ve turisti İstanbul ve Anadolu’nun çeşitli yerlerinde bizzat ağırlamış.

Uluç Keçik is a traveler based in Istanbul, occasionally trotting the globe working as a freelance photojournalist; observing, learning, documenting.
He also does video works for Istanbul Independent Film Festival on a regular basis, producing short docs and event video-logs beside coordinating the festival’s blog and social medias. One of his shorts was shown among the Turkish Shorts Selection in 2007. He has been featured on National Geographic, TIME Magazine, !f Blog, Times Online, Guardian.co.uk and many other platforms.

As most of us, he loves Istanbul, the hectic city he was born in. He organizes private walk-arounds, mainly on photography and food, for visitors from around the world. “In the last 10 years I have hosted various international artists, journalists and visitors through this city as well as Anatolia” he says…
